To be
considered for a position you will have a successful track
record as a senior executive in your sector -
either leading a business or running a division of a major
corporation. You will be able to demonstrate P&L
responsibility and will probably have worked across several
disciplines during your career. We are a diverse,
decentralized organization so you will also need to be
comfortable using current technologies for day-to-day
communications. We try to limit formal partners meetings
to about once per quarter.
